Our Linen

Our linen collection is entirely our own.

Every piece has been designed exclusively by us, with our customers and the way they live in mind. From the detailing & finishes to the colour palette & considered simplicity of each piece, every element has been thoughtfully designed to create a collection that is distinctly ours.

The quality of our collection begins with the raw material. Our flax is sourced from renowned regions of France & Belgium, where generations of expertise, a temperate climate & exceptional growing conditions have made European flax synonymous with quality.

Chosen for its beautiful handle, breathability & durability, our linen has a naturally relaxed character that only improves with use. Soft yet substantial, it is designed to be lived with & loved for years, developing an increasingly beautiful texture with every wash.

The journey from field to finished linen is a highly specialised process. Once the flax reaches maturity, it is carefully harvested before undergoing retting, a natural process that allows the fibres within the stalk to separate. The flax is then dried & mechanically processed to remove the woody parts of the plant, revealing the long fibres at its core.

These fibres are carefully combed & prepared before being spun into linen yarn. The yarn is then woven into fabric & finished to achieve the weight, texture, softness & appearance we have selected specifically for our collection.

Once the fabric is complete, it is entrusted to our small, family-owned production partner in China, where our original designs are carefully cut & sewn to our specifications. This final stage brings together the quality of European linen with the considered details & finishes that define our collection.

Our linen is OEKO-TEX® Certified, meaning it has been tested against stringent criteria for substances that may be harmful to human health. This independent testing provides an additional level of assurance about the textiles we choose to bring into our homes.

Our production partners also hold Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) certification, one of the world’s leading standards for textiles made with certified organic fibres. GOTS considers the textile supply chain from the processing of organic raw materials through to environmentally & socially responsible manufacturing.

Together, these certifications reflect the standards we value throughout our collection - considered sourcing, responsible production & uncompromising quality.
