Refund Policy
We will refund any item you are not completely satisfied with within 30 days of receiving the item.
We inspect every order before it leaves us, but if you're not satisfied with your items your welcome to make a return.
Sol Linen will not accept returns & reserves the right to refuse a refund if the item has been used or is not in the original condition.
Please note Sol Linen is not responsible for any returned items that are misplaced before they are returned to us.
The customer is responsible for any shipping costs incurred with returning items.
Exchange Of Items
Exchanges are applicable only in cases where items are found to be damaged.
Refund for Sale Items
Regrettably sale items are not eligible for exchange or refunds.
